Public access equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Use of such library equipment as computers, microform machines, typewriters, projectors, and DVD players is limited by the number of available stations in the library. It is sometimes necessary to impose time limits on equipment users when others are waiting on their use.

Public access equipment does not circulate to individuals. Equipment may be used by individuals at each branch with appropriate care, use, and training. Authorized officials from community educational institutions, civic groups and organizations, and clubs may request use of such equipment. A statement accepting responsibility for the equipment will be filed in the library with the signature of the official assuring appropriate use and care and the return of the equipment.
