Selling, soliciting, surveying, or polling patrons or library staff is prohibited within library buildings by  individuals or organizations not directly affiliated with the library or Hall County government. Library activities, including Friends of the Library activities, are allowable as they directly support the library’s mission.

Individuals who approach library staff or patrons within the library or on library grounds may not interfere with library operation or patron use. Patrons are often involved in personal reading or study pursuits and their privacy should be respected.

A designated area on library property will be established for political campaigning and functions. No signs including campaign signs from any individual or entity other the library or Hall County may be placed on library property. Any signs placed on library property will be removed by staff and held for fourteen days before the signs are discarded.
